1. Refund Modes

  • ArhamCo Wallet: Instant credit for future purchases
  • Original Payment Method: Refunded to the same source
  • Bank Transfer: Requires Name, Account Number & IFSC

Refunds are processed after product pickup and inspection (3–7 business days)

2. Refund Processing Time

  • Wallet refund: Instant
  • Original payment / Bank transfer: 2–3 business days

3. GST & Charges

  • GST varies based on product and location
  • Returned orders: GST refunded (shipping not refundable)
  • Cancelled before shipping: Full refund including GST & shipping

4. Refund Value

  • Refund amount equals final amount paid after discounts
  • Gift items must be returned for full refund
  • If gift items are kept, a deduction may apply

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds or credits are usually issued within 2–3 days after approval.

6. Full Refund Eligibility

  • Cancelled or undelivered orders: Full refund
  • Returned orders: Shipping charges may be deducted

7. Return Conditions

  • Product tag must be intact
  • Item must be unused and unwashed
  • Return in original packaging
  • Items failing quality check are not eligible for refund
